Bathroom Chandelier

A few things to consider before installing light fixtures over your bathtub.  It is not suggested to install any other lighting fixture other than vent/light fixture type if your bathtub is in an enclosed space with no windows.  Code requires that a ceiling fixture with a vent should be installed because of the moisture content in that space.  If your bathtub is free standing than you will have more options to install lighting fixtures of your liking.  A chandelier is actually a great way to add elegance or help create a focal point in your bathroom.  It is also a source of overall/ambient lighting.  If this chandelier doesn’t create enough illumination wall scones and portable lamps are great additions for more light.
