Do you have lines that carry double swing arm wall lamps?

Yes we do carry double swing arm wall lamps. A good place to start are with lines such as Robert Abbey, Besa and Designer Fountain.

Do you carry mono-point pendants that can be installed in wet or damp areas?

We would suggest you search with Besa and Justice Design lines. Most likely your mono-point pendant selection will be limited to line voltage pendants if available.
