The Hadco Profiler PF3 Flood-Lyte luminare is an architectural floodlighting alternative. The PF3 Flood-Lyte precision engineered optics provide for (8) distinctive light distribution patterns with above average light ouput allowing for fewer fixtures. In combination with the Profiler Area-Lyte and Profiler Wall-Lyte, the family of aesthetic low profile fixtures is complete.
Housing: Precision machined die-cast aluminum housing eliminates welded seams and water entry. The Profiler incorporates a blend of radial geometries with 45 degree sloping planes and ribbing that provide an aesthetic, low profile detail.
Optics: Eight distinctive light distribution patterns are available in the PF3 series. Reflectors are highly reflective anodized aluminum formed into multiple facets or a hydroformed pan. Reflector styles (A) Wide, (B) Rectangluar, and (C) Wide by Narrow are 90 degree rotatable and all reflectors are interchangeable.
Electrical: Electrical components are mounted on a removable galvanized steel ballast tray, factory wired with quick disconnects for easy replacement. Ballasts have power factors greater than 90%. Metal halide ballasts are capable of starting at –20º F or –30º C, HPS ballasts at –40º F or –40º C. The mogul base porcelain socket is 4KV rated. All components are UL and CSA Listed or cUL recognized and 100% factory tested.
Mounting: Die-cast aluminum fitter assembly with a field splice compartment fits over a 2” pipe (2 3/8” O.D.) tenon 4 3/8” long. (2) 1/2-20 stainless steel screws secure the PF3 to the pipe tenon. The assembly has aiming capability of +90 degree to -65 degree. The adjustability is via (1) 1/2-13 hex socket cap screw.
Finish: Thermoset polyester powdercoat, laboratory tested for superior weatherability and fade resistance in accordance with ASTM B-117-64 and ANSI/ASTM G53-77 specifications.
Warranty: Three year limited warranty.
Lens Frame: The silk-screened lens is 3/16” tempered glass. The frame is a one piece precision-machined, die-cast part. Lens is recessed in the frame. A silicone gasket, (8) stainless steel clips, and (8) 8-32 stainless steel screws secure the lens to the frame. The lens frame assembly mounts to the Profiler housing via (4) captive 1/4-20 stainless steel screws and (2) galvanized steel hinges. A silicone gasket assures a water tight seal.
